And the thing is that in Dílar, as in most towns, until very recently the slaughters were carried out, blood sausage and chorizo were prepared, and today the town's butcher shops continue to offer us these sausages that we have on our menu.

For this reason, we want you to be sure to try the Dílar Bodega Ham or the Iberian dishes if you visit us.


We do not want to present all the dishes on the menu, but of course in these suggestions you will find another delicious and very typical dish of the area, lamb stew. A stew with long-cooked sauce and lamb cut into small pieces that provide all the smell and flavor of the mountains.
